We will only store your personal data as long as we are legally required to or for as long as it is relevant for the purposes for which it was collected.

Information we collect:

If you wish to purchase or receive a product from us, we will need to gather certain personal data in order to complete the transaction and offer you our services.
We may collect information such as: name, e-mail address, postal address, delivery address (if it differs from the postal address), phone number and payment information. ApS collects and processes your personal data when you do the following:

Basis for processing & purposes:

We will collect your general contact information, such as name and address, in order to provide the product that you have purchased from us. We will collect your e-mail address in order to send you an order confirmation as well as a delivery confirmation.

When you pay for your product, we collect your name, your payment card details and IP address. The information collected in connection with the payment transaction are only utilised and saved for the purposes of processing payment and fulfilling this specific agreement.

If you have provided us with your consent during the registration process or on our website, we use your e-mail address to send out newsletters. You can always subscribe or unsubscribe to the newsletter. All newsletters also contain an unsubscribe link. If the processing of personal data is based on your consent, you have the right at any time to revoke this consent.
If you do not wish to provide the personal information required to complete a purchase, you will unfortunately not be able to purchase products from us on our website.
Your information (with the exception of your e-mail address if you have given consent for us to retain it for the purposes of receiving offers) will be deleted 5 years after you have received your item.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties, nor do we transfer your personal data abroad.

If you have ordered delivery, information about your name, address, phone number and e-mail address will be provided to, and the freight company we are currently using is GLS Parcel Service, for the purposes of delivering your purchases.

Our online shop has its servers at Curanet and our payment system is through Bambora, which acts as our data processor. Any personal information that you submit on our website will be stored in Curanet’s data centre.

We have accounts with Navision, which acts as our data processor. Any personal information that you submit on our website will be stored in Navision’s data centre.

We have entered into data processing agreements with our data processors, which is our guarantee that they comply with applicable regulations on the protection of your personal data.

Your rights:

As the data subject, you have a series of rights which we must always ensure that we are in compliance with. You have the right to request the following:

  • To access and correct/amend your personal data
  • To have personal date deleted
  • You also have the right to object to the manner in which your personal data is processed and you have the right submit a complaint to a data protection authority.

If you no longer wish for us to process your personal data, or wish us to limit the processing of your personal data, you can also send a request to our e-mail address ApS uses web analytics. This means that we use statistics to, for example, determine which products are selling best.

Web analytics is used by ApS, which means that a statistics system gathers information which can present a statistical analysis of how many visitors a website has had, where they arrived from and at which point they decided to leave the website, etc.

At ApS, web analytics is used for the purposes of optimising the website and its functionality.

In order to enter into an online agreement with ApS, you will need to register with the following personal information:

We record your personal information for the purpose of delivering goods to you. Personal information is registered with ApS and is kept for five years, after which the data is deleted. When personal date is collected via our website, we will ensure that this always occurs with your express consent, so that you are informed about which information is being gathered and why.

We do not store customer information in encrypted form and we do not transmit encrypted customer data.

Information provided to ApS is in no way transferred or sold to third parties, and we do not record any sensitive personal information.

Registering with ApS entails always having the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to inspect the information recorded about you. These rights are granted by the Personal Data Act and any request pertaining thereto should be directed to ApS via e-mail 

Applicable law & venue

Purchases of goods and services are subject to Danish law. Any dispute is settled by the Danish courts.
